THE AVENUE
Avenida da Liberdade is the center of the Portuguese capital, Lisbon. It runs from Restauradores Square to Marquês de Pombal Square. About 90 meters wide and 1100 meters long, it has several lanes, wide sidewalks decorated with gardens and the traditional Portuguese sidewalk.
SUSTAINABILITY
It is up to us, as humans, to protect the ecosystem, our non-renewable natural resources and promote sustainable construction. At Liberdade 73 we made this a personal issue and applied the Environmental Management System (SGA). In our project, we applied the standards of passive energy performance, reduction of electricity consumption, reduction of consumption of other energy sources, use of renewable energy sources, reduction of consumption and efficient use of water for domestic supply, improvement of acoustics, noise reduction, technological solutions to optimize consumption, reduction of waste production and the use of reusable materials.
